Zack Bowman was born and raised in Chattanooga, and working with his hands came naturally. He grew up watching both of his grandfathers build, fix, and take pride in doing things the right way, and that stuck with him.
He found his path in electrical work through Chattanooga State’s Industrial Electricity program, then learned the trade hands-on with local companies, including what it really means to show up for people.
His road to owning a business wasn’t a straight line. An earlier attempt didn’t go as planned, and Zack carried the lessons forward. In January 2024 he launched Re-New Electric, while his wife Rachael was six months pregnant. It was a leap of faith, grounded in discipline and a deep commitment to his family.
Rachael and their son Brooks are the reason behind the long days and the driving force behind the business.
